  • Internal Coordination: Work cross functionally with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, and other internal teams to align Medical Affairs efforts with broader corporate goals.

  • External Engagement: Collaborate with patient advocacy groups, academic researchers, government agencies, and healthcare organizations to advance medical and patient-focused initiatives. 

Provide Training and Education

  • Team Support: Train and mentor Medical Affairs professionals, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Medical Outcomes Liaisons (MOLs), and other key roles to enhance their scientific and operational expertise.

  • Content Creation: Develop scientific assets to support internal and external stakeholder education and communications.
